‘The Flash’: Fast Lane Review
In last week’s The Flash recap, I wrote that the episode felt overstuffed and didn’t give the main focuses of the story enough time to really have as big an impact as they should have.

Having Reverse-Flash as the stinger last week lead me to believe he would be a background character that we would check in on once in awhile and then in a couple of weeks he would get an episode.
After it’s mid-season winter break, The Flash is back on television and ready to begin hinting at what the second half of the season has in store.
And so we arrive at the midseason finale of The Flash, and fittingly it is filled with many revelations and new stories to take us into the second half of the season.
Once again, it is time for heroes to unite, as we see the emerald archer and scarlet speedster join forces (along with their supporting team) to face down an evil they can’t manage alone.
Another season 1 villain returns this week while Barry overcomes his defeat at the hands of Zoom.
